Really gorgeous large Plum Briolette drops (measuring 16 x 25mm) wire-wrapped with gold-filled wire around small amber crystals creating a rich and opulent piece of jewellery. They hang from a wonderful french flat ear-wire which is gold-filled too.
There is also a matching pendant.
I really enjoyed making these beautiful earrings with 14k gold-filled wire and these wonderful amethyst rondelles. The large carnelian briolette in the centre was actually an afterthought but I think it makes the earrings quite stunning. I love the combination of orange and purple together - very bohemian. The long ear-wires with a little flower are also 14 gold-filled.
